Founded in 1971 by Grayson Mattingly, MATTINGLY PRODUCTIONS, LTD. is a recognized pioneer in the effective development of creative, video-based programming and applications for business, industry, government, and education. Formally metropolitan Washington, DC's oldest video and multimedia company, we have now relocated to Irvington, Virginia, 2.5 hours southeast of the DC area.

Throughout the years, MATTINGLY PRODUCTIONS, LTD.'s programming has been singled out for accolades and awards. Our Home Video Hits: Great Ideas for Creating Better Home Videos won a 1997 Cindy Award for the Consumer Category. The National Society for Performance & Instruction (now the International Society for Performance Improvement) has awarded us First Place for Best Training Product twice — in 1986 for a project for National Office Products Association, and in 1994 for a project for Navy Federal Credit Union. One program on product liability loss prevention — written and produced for Medmarc Insurance Company — was made into a generic version sold nationally through Commonwealth Films, a leading distributor of films and videos dealing with legal and regulatory issues. A program on the subject of warehousing — written and produced for the National Office Products Association — was optioned by the Canadian Office Products Association and versioned into a program for the Canadian market. A documentary produced for the National Association of Wheat Growers aired on PBS. In 2000 a program we produced for BNAC (Bureau of National Affairs Communications) - The Safety Lotto - won a Gold Cindy Award in the training category.
